ATR Providers & Services

Basic Needs
Products can be purchased when a participant is in desperate need of clothes, food, hygiene products or any other daily living necessities or if they need purchases to support employment and education or medical needs.

Providers provide the service in several different ways:
  • Personal Shopping: the provider takes the participant shopping for the products, pays for the purchase upfront, and then gets reimbursed for not only the actual purchase price but also for a personal shopping transaction fee.
  • Bill Paying Service: the provider writes out a check for the purchase or bill and receives an administration fee for the work required to write out the check and then input the bill into WITS.
