ATR Providers & Services

Basic Needs
Products can be purchased when a participant is in desperate need of clothes, food, hygiene products or any other daily living necessities or they need purchases to support employment and education or medical needs.
A provider can provide the service in several different ways:
  • Personal Shopping- the provider can take the participant shopping for the products, pay for the purchase upfront, and then get reimbursed for not only the actual purchase price but also for a personal shopping transaction fee.
  • Bill Paying Service- the provider can write out a check for the purchase or bill and receive an administration fee for the work required to write out the check and then input the bill into WITS.
  • Retailer- when a participant enters a store that is part of the ATR Provider Network and makes a purchase, the retailer receives a fee for the effort of working with the WITS system.
