Eligibility Requirements

If you are interested in receiving ATR services, please review our eligibility requirements below.

Do you have a substance use disorder? Do you have a history of overdose?

Are you in the early stages of recovery (3 months – 2 years) and are you motivated to work on your recovery? 

Are you connected with a provider in the recovery community?

Note: Only authorized referring agencies can make referrals.

Are you 18 years old or older?

Do you reside in Boston, Lowell, New Bedford, Springfield/Holyoke, or Worcester and do you plan to be there for the next 6 months?
